So, I have a long, curly, synthetic wig that I got a while back. I had been keeping it in my closet since I didn't have a use for it, but I discovered that it had gotten knocked down from it's place and crammed into the back of my closet. It's now a tangled mess, and when I try to comb it I either rip the hair out or I simply can't get the mats out no matter how hard I try. What can I put on the wig to help make the tangles easier to brush out? Also, what type of comb or brush should I use? If I succeed in getting rid of the tangles, will it retain it's curl?
