Cooling Conditioner

What is a good one-room, cooling-only air conditioner that I can buy in the Sydney area?
Question says it all, anybody know any good models in particular and from what store I can purchase it? Thanks
I am in the US, an HVAC tech, and have worked on many models and brands.
I bought the LG which from checking the reviews was the best for the price in my opinion. The biggest reason I went with the LG was noise level.
They are noisy creatures in any sense and that is just the nature of them. But I read a number of reviews where people had returned other brands for excessive noise and ended up with the LG and were very happy with it.
I am happy with mine.
You don't get to listen to them in the stores so this was an important consideration to research imo.
And they seem to be as reliable as any of them.
I can't say if they sell them under that brand name in Sydney but it will be worth researching to see what the same manufacturer sells them as, if they do, where you are.
Good Luck.
