Why does hair conditioner have drying alcohol in it?
I was using hair conditioner and it was drying my scalp, even though it said "moisturizing". Then I looked at the ingredients and it contains alcohols, including benzyl alcohol.
i dont know why they make conditioner with alcohol. but the stuff that moisturizes your hair stays in but the alcohol rinses out easily with water
but if you dont rinse your hair after you put conditioner in, then itll probably dry it. unless its leave-in-conditioner. but leave-in-conditioner shouldnt have alcohol
