what is the best leave in conditioner for dry hair?

i have really really long hair and its really dry that it tangles up a lot, what is the best leave in conditioner to help me fix that?

I just buy it at Price Attack. lasts for ages and is so good. I normally put a HEAP in my hair after washing it, then plait my hair overnight. The next day it is so soft. It saved my hair after I destroyed it from over bleaching.
