okay so i'm african american with to the max curl hair i wannna get one of rihanna's concave bob looks but my cousin told me i hav to get a perm, but i don't wanna get a perm. i dont the time or money to maintain it, and i dont want my hair to be jacked up like hers. i kno someone who get hair really straight what i wanna do is maintain the straightening for a longer time. can anybody help?
