Does anyone know of a product that's similar to Loreal's "Color Pulse"?
I'm looking for a red semi-permanent dye for my hair. I have dark blonde hair and I wanted to do some streaks. Does anyone know of any product?
And before anyone asks, Color Pulse was discontinued in December.
You could try going to Sallys Beauty Supply and asking a girl there to recommend something (thats your safest option cuz they're all cosmotologists). Herbal Essences has a lot pretty red shades too but idk I just use professional dye. Good Luck xoxo
