can I use semi permanent color to help my hair grow back to normal"?
I want to grow my hair back to normal but when my roots start to show my ends seems to lighten almost to a blond color (no, never colored blond but it's what happens with sun exposure), so I have a double whammy- dark gray roots with blond ends. I thought using semi permanent color would help to correct the end problems and see what happens.
That sounds like a good idea. Just be sure the label states it's for grey coverage. I dye my hair to cover grey and I think L'Oreal makes good products.
