Semi-permanent highlights?
Has anyone ever done semi-permanent highlights? I know that when highlights grow out, you can't just do the roots, you have to do them all over again. I was looking at some of Clairol's semi-permanent dyes (24 washes) and was thinking about trying one and using a highlighting cap to get some highlights for the summer, but with out the hassle of roots. Have any of you done this? What do you think?
No you can't. If you use seimi perm color it will deposit color only, it can give you lowlights, but not highlights, for that you have to lift the color by using a lighter shade than your own, that is called bleaching, even for just a shade or two.

When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Appreciate it!
