We had major renovations recently to include a new covered back porch with brick columns. The porch floor is ceramic. The brick masons left quite a bit of masonry (mortor) mess on the floor from large white smears to chunks of mortor. And the tile guy after applying the grout smeared the grout over the floor but never returned to do the final clean up. Help ! How can we clean this mess and get the tile back to its' original finish? We have already pressure washed which had no affect at all.
