Care Shampoo Conditioner

what care should i take while and after swimming and which shampoo/conditioner should i use?
i m a tall thin guy with fine and dry hair .i have just started the swimming and wonder if it will make my hair even worse.please suggest me care i should take and also suggest the specific shampoo and conditioner(with companies name if possible) that will be suitable for me.currently i m using clinic plus thick and strong shampoo.i live in india.
Im a club swimmer with blonde hair. Chlorine quickly turns hair green so I have to take good care of my hair too. It helps if you put conditioner in your hair before swimming. You can buy leave-in conditioners that often come in sprays so you can quickly spray your hair with it a few times before getting in the water. This helps keep the chlorine from drying your hair out. When you get out of the pool if you can't throughly shower right away it helps if you can at least rinse your hair out with clean water. Then wash your hair with chlorine removal shampoo. I use a brand called Ultra Swim and it works great! Make sure you use a good conditioner too. this is what i do and people are always complimenting me on how shiny and healthy my hair looks! hope this helps....
