How do I keep my hair dry under a swimming cap?
I have bought a new swimming cap and the first time I used it my hair was still very wet! I don't swim underwater, and want to keep my hair dry and keep fit (swimming pool has no hairdryers!). Any suggestions are most appreciated
Generally, what I try to do is put my hair up into a very high ponytail and put it in a loose bun. That should help keep your hair pretty dry, but the hair around the nape of your neck may still get slightly wet.
Also, the type of cap you use males a difference. The best ones in my opinion are the silicone caps. The fabric ones do not work at all and are usually pretty bad.
