What is muscle building protein?
I read on descriptions of protein powers such as Whey and other products from GNC that they help build muscle. Is this true for any type of protein you get from any source or do only muscle building protein powders build muscles? If normal protein does also build muscle, is it slower than the protein powders?
Great question, it is always good to have a blend of natural and a supplemented whey protein. Keep the whey protein for pre and post workouts mixed with a carbohydrate. Consuming a pure whey protein with no fillers or additives is crucial in protein uptake.
