When should I consume proteins during the day when I'm muscle building at evening?
I suppose something as heavy as proteins is appropriate for dinner, but shouldn't I have fully digested proteins on-the-go when I exercise late into the day? And if possible, can you tell me when I should eat fiber and vitamin/minerals?
you can have a protein shake one hr before an one hr after to keep muscle muscle and to feed the muscle. you can eat breakfast 3 eggwhites 1 yolk an for lunch turkey breast or tuna or salmon same for dinner but do not eat right before give it an hr to digest an after u work out wait one hr as well.. also to keep the muscle there take powered glutamine on a teaspoon then take a drink after wards it is no taste light an almost sweet instantly dissolves.
