am i going to gain weight from this, what should i eat later?
okay, so i think i might be pmsing, because i keep craving reallyyyy salty & sugary foods.. (especially chocolate).. i worked out today.. ran for 30 min & then walked for 30 min fast. then i lifted weights for 45 minutes. this is what i ate so far:
breakfast: high fiber oatmeal
lunch: turkey & low fat cheese on light wheat bread, some pineapple & 2 egg whites
ahh now the binge ![]()
i kept eating cookie dough, so i finally decided to make cookies. i probably ate about 10 choc chip cookies...
should i not eat anything for the rest of the day? if not, what should i eat? i honestly think that my metabolism is SUPER fast now.. i built so much muscle.. i am 21 yrs female 5'2 1/2 and weigh around 112 lbs. thanks
i think that because your body is craving foods, you need to eat. if you have some fruit and sandwiches which contain protein your cravings will go away and you will be getting protein to repair your muscles after all the use they are getting
