How Can I Get My Hair to be Silky Soft/Shiny?

but also retain more of it's natural wave/curl...?
After air drying my hair as usual my hair will be so shiny, but when i brush it, it will look more dull...
Are there any suggestions on how to brush my hair but keep the shine/softness?
Recommended products -- cheaper is better lol!!!

Tip: a little of this goes a long way. If you use too much, you're hair can look kinda flat.

I used both together (#2 with wet hair & #1 with dry hair) & get a lot of compliments on how shiny & healthy my hair looks. I color it a lot too.
