im starting to grow a beard?
im 17 and have been shaving since i was about 13 and just thought hey i want to grow a beard
i want to know how long a beard takes to grow till it has got some considerable length
the bits on the side's of my face are dark brown like my hair and my chin and Moustache hair is brown and ginger
so im wondering if i should have mouton chops or a chin puff for my facial hair,
ans suggestions would be grate, also any alternate styles i should look for
You should be able to have a good length within about 2 weeks. In a month you should have enough to consider trimming. I'm not sure how much of your face is covered with facial hair, so it's hard to tell you exactly what kinds of beards are good for you. I'm guessing since you started shaving at 13, you've got considerable coverage. I started shaving at 14, and grew a full beard at 18. Back then my beard was just along the jawline, with spottiness on my cheeks. Now my beard has good coverage.
The good thing with beards is if you don't like what it looks like, you can trim and/or shave it until you get a shape you like. That is so long as you have good coverage.
