citre shine straightening balm?
hello =) when should i use this to get maximum results? while my hair is wet or dry? i read the back of the bottle but it didnt state clearly abt when to apply it. thank you.
apply to damp hair (about 50% dry) and blow dry to 85% dry. apply more to each section being blown dry. if you are straightening it, this is the time to get out the big round brush and straighten as you dry.
dry each section to dry and style as you go.
