How much protin,vitamin,calcium,iron,and other important elements that the body need daily to keep healthy?

we need 9 amino acids..cause the body provides3 or something like that..but you need nine and the body provids the rest..
you can get these complete amino acids from eating meat!!
and milk!
milk provides all protein
and 5 small servings a day are better than 3 large meals and 2 snacks
eat alot of fruit and veggies
get 60 min a day of exercise
