Shampoo and conditioner without dimethicone (like Biolage Bodifying)?
I've wondered why my hair likes the Biolage Bodifying line better than drugstore brands I try, and I've come to the conclusion it's because it lacks DIMETHICONE. Using drugstore brands make my hair feel coated, slick, staticy after awhile..I can use Biolage Bodifying shampoo and conditioner nonstop for a year and it won't feel coated and heavy. Anyway, my scalp just isn't like biolage right now and my hair is more oily now so after using it for 3 years straight i need to say bye bye for a bit. What are drugstore brands that don't have dimethicone? Please and thank you.
Biolage is a salon brand so why not look into salon brand lines like Back to Basic, Rusk, Alterna, Aveda, Redken, etc. Also there are organic/natural brands that I know for a fact that doesn't contain dimethicone, like Organix, Renpure, Aubrey's Organics, Nature's Gate, Giovanni, Burt's Bees, EO, etc. Where to purchase organic/natural shampoos and conditioners: GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Target, Walmart, some Walgreens, health food stores, Amazon.com, vitacost.com, iherb.com, etc. Good luck.
