I met him last year. He asked me out to dinner & coffee & tried to hold my hand several times as he walked me home. He said he had feelings for me, I said thank you for the affections, but I had a bf. His 1st language wasnt english, and wasnt sure on canadian dating customs. He continued to call me beautiful & charming.

This year, he is asking me out for coffee & dinner again, and always saying im so beautiful and charming. I told him I still have that bf. Is he trying to ask me out on a date, even though i have a bf? Or is it just a friendly outing?
