How can I make my soy ginger sauce thicker?
Not much in the kitchen besides the basics, flour, milk..so on!
I want it to be more of a glaze then a liquidy substance. Any suggestions?
Most people answered corn starch, and I agree, but experience has taught me to mix the cornstarch with a little cold water till smooth, then add some of your hot sauce to the mixture to "proof" it before adding it all back into your sauce. This will keep it lump-free.
