What's better for hair loss/regrowth, minoxidil or aminexil?

Minoxidil. It's the only thing proven to help regrow hair or slow down hairloss. It's over the counter, and the generic is exactly the same formula as Rogaine, so it's not really that expensive ( $18 for a 3 mo. supply). As for massage and some of the products others suggested, they may work for people who've recently given birth or are rebounding from chemo or stress. However, hair usually grows back on its own after those situations, even if it takes a little time. If you have genetic hair loss, only minoxidil and Propecia are going to help.
