Your hair is staticky because it isn't hydrated enough. Straightening your hair everyday really dries it out. Try using less heat, if you can't then try blow drying your hair with a paddle brush, you get the same results as a straightener but it isn't as damaging. Try rubbing a dryer sheet all over your hair before you leave, it helps with the static. Also, deep condition your hair with a hydrating/repairing hair mask at least once a week. Only use the mask on the lower part of your hair, or at least 5-6 inches from the top, to greasiness at a minimum.
About the greasiness: Use a clarifying shampoo, massage it into your hair really well, esp the top. Let it sit there for a minute on the top of your hair. Rinse, then use a conditioner on the lower part of your hair. The anti-split treatment should only go on the end, the bottom 3 inches, to help your ends but not get the rest of your hair oily.
Also, if you're playing with, touching your hair all day, that makes it greasy. The oil from your hands get on your hair and in a few hours of constantly messing with your hair, it will look greasy.
If it still starts looking greasy a while after you wash it, take a dry-shampoo with you to school. Go in the bathroom and put a bit on the top of your hair. It's an instant fix.
Hope this helps
